1. About SmartWayLab
This website is operated by SmartWayLab (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply to purchases made through this website.
2. Digital products
Our products are digital downloads and/or digital access delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
3. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you agree that you are purchasing a digital product. Payment must be completed before access is provided.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase via on-screen access, email and/or a download link, depending on the product. Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
5. Licence and permitted use
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, claim as your own, or offer the files or templates for resale.
6. Results and disclaimers
SmartWayLab provides tools, templates and guidance designed to improve profile clarity and enquiry processes. We do not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, customers, sales, Google rankings or other business results. Outcomes depend on your own implementation and business context.
7. Support
Support for digital products covers access and download issues plus basic guidance on using the purchased materials. Individual consulting is provided only where it is explicitly included in a separate service.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, SmartWayLab owns the content, templates and materials supplied through this website. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
